1. Acceptance of Terms
Skincare Content Club (“SCC”, “we”, “our”, “us”) provides a digital content membership for beauty professionals, estheticians, and skin clinics that market their own services (the “Member Plan”). These Member Terms of Use (“Member Terms”) apply in addition to our general Terms of Service and govern how you may access and use SCC assets under the Member Plan.
By purchasing or accessing a Member Plan, you (“Member”, “you”, “your”) confirm that you:
- Have read and agree to these Member Terms;
- Are using the Member Plan for your own professional practice, clinic, or beauty business; and
- Have authority to bind that business or, if you are a sole trader, to enter this agreement personally.
If you do not agree to these Member Terms, you must not purchase or use the Member Plan.
2. Licenses & Permitted Use
While your Member Plan is active and fully paid, SCC grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:
- Access and download SCC content for marketing and educating your own clients and audience; and
- Edit, customize, and adapt content (for example, in Canva) for your own brand and practice.
This license allows you to:
- Use SCC assets to promote one business, clinic, or personal brand under your membership;
- Create social posts, carousels, stories, emails, website graphics, printed materials, and similar marketing or educational materials for that business; and
- Charge your clients for services and treatments that are promoted using SCC assets.
The Member Plan is not intended for agencies or social media managers who primarily create content for other businesses. If you are using SCC to service multiple unrelated businesses, you must upgrade to an appropriate agency license.
All rights not expressly granted in these Member Terms are reserved by SCC.
3. Team Access
Member access is designed for one business entity (for example, a solo practice, clinic, or spa location) and its internal team only.
- Access to the membership may be shared internally with your direct employees and contractors who work for that business (for example, front desk staff, therapists, or social media assistants).
- All internal users must log in via your primary SCC account; individual sub-logins are not provided under the standard Member Plan.
- You are responsible for ensuring your team understands and follows these Member Terms.
You may not share your login details, library access, or any direct editable links with any third party outside of your own business entity (including friends, other clinics, or external marketers who are not directly engaged by your practice).
4. Client Use & Attribution
The Member Plan is intended to help you communicate with, educate, and market to your own clients and audience. To keep things simple:
- Your clients may see and receive the final designs, posts, handouts, guides, and other materials that you create using SCC assets, in your marketing channels, clinic, and educational communications.
- Your clients and other professionals may not receive raw SCC template files, unedited Canva templates, or direct access to the SCC library.
- You may not redistribute SCC templates as a product for other professionals (for example, selling “content packs” or “Instagram templates” built from SCC assets).
Attribution to SCC is not required, though it is always appreciated. You may not represent SCC content as being created and owned entirely from scratch by you, or claim exclusive rights to designs that substantially reproduce SCC templates.
5. Marketing & Advertising Use
SCC understands that Members use our content to promote their own services. Marketing and promotional use of SCC assets is therefore subject to the following rules.
5.1 What you may do
- Use SCC-based designs in your organic content (for example, posts and stories on social media, your website, emails, and in-clinic materials).
- Use SCC-based designs in paid advertising (for example, Meta, Google, or similar platforms) to promote your own services, treatments, products, or clinic.
5.2 What you may not do
- Run ads or promotions that primarily advertise SCC templates themselves (for example, “Buy these exact templates” or “Get access to this template pack”), whether to clients or to other professionals.
- Use SCC branding, product names, or screenshots of the SCC library in a way that suggests your business is endorsed by, partnered with, or operating on behalf of SCC, without our prior written permission.
- Offer access to SCC templates as a standalone deliverable in any course, membership, or digital program for other professionals.
In short: you may use SCC-based work to promote your own clinic or practice, but you may not use SCC assets as a product you resell or as a feature of your own content membership for other professionals.
6. Plans, Billing & Price Changes
Current Member Plan pricing, billing frequency, and features are displayed on our website or checkout page at the time of purchase. By subscribing, you authorize SCC (and our payment processors) to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
- Price changes for new customers. SCC may update Member Plan pricing at any time for new subscribers. New prices will apply only to future sign-ups or plan changes.
- Price lock for existing customers. As long as you remain continuously subscribed to the same Member Plan, your recurring price will remain the same, unless you voluntarily change plans or agree to a new price.
- Upgrading or switching plans. If you wish to move from monthly to annual billing, or between Member Plans, please contact us. We will advise the most appropriate way to transition and adjust your billing.
- No pro-rated refunds. Unless required by law, SCC does not offer pro-rated refunds for partial months, unused time, or un-downloaded content.
7. Content Ownership & Intellectual Property
All SCC content, including but not limited to templates, images, graphics, copy, PDFs, workbooks, and training materials (collectively, the “Content”), is owned by SCC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
Under your active Member Plan, you receive a limited license to use the Content as described in these Member Terms. You do not acquire ownership of the Content, nor any rights beyond those expressly granted.
7.1 Prohibited uses
Members agree that they will not:
- Resell, sub-license, or redistribute SCC templates, images, or files as standalone products;
- Share raw, editable template links (for example, Canva links) with clients, other professionals, or any third party outside your own business entity;
- Include SCC assets in any other membership, subscription program, content bundle, or digital product offering (paid or free) aimed at professionals;
- Use SCC assets to create products or services that directly compete with SCC’s content offerings;
- Use SCC assets to train AI models, automated tools, or similar systems; or
- Scrape, bulk-download, or otherwise attempt to export the entire SCC library or a substantial portion of it.
8. No Guarantee of Results or Performance
SCC provides creative assets intended to support your marketing and client communication. However, we do not promise or guarantee that using SCC will produce any specific outcome.
Without limitation, SCC does not guarantee:
- Increased engagement, followers, bookings, revenue, or profits;
- Client satisfaction or retention;
- That the Content is error-free, medically accurate, or suitable for any particular client or treatment; or
- That the Content will meet your internal quality standards or client expectations.
You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying all content before publishing or delivering it to your clients. SCC is not liable for the quality, accuracy, or outcome of any work produced using SCC assets.
9. Updates & Monthly Content
SCC regularly adds new content to the library; however, content volume and timing will vary. To avoid any misunderstanding, Members acknowledge and agree that SCC does not guarantee:
- A specific number of templates, images, reels, or other assets in any given month;
- A fixed release schedule for new content (such as a guaranteed “drop” date);
- That future updates will match or exceed previous months in size, topic coverage, or perceived value; or
- That particular requested topics, formats, or series will be produced or maintained.
Your membership gives you access to the current library plus any future updates we release at our discretion. Purchase decisions should be based on the existing library at the time of sign-up, not on anticipated future content.
10. Content Requests
SCC welcomes topic and content requests from Members, and we actively use this feedback to shape our roadmap. However, requests are a membership perk, not a contractual deliverable.
By submitting a request, you agree and acknowledge that:
- SCC is under no obligation to create, publish, or deliver the requested content;
- SCC may choose to create, postpone, modify, or decline any request at its sole discretion, based on demand, relevance, and production capacity;
- SCC does not provide timelines for delivery of requested content, including in the next month or any specific “drop”;
- If SCC does create content related to your request, we do not guarantee it will match your expectations in depth, style, format, or quantity;
- Requests must be general and suitable for the broader membership; SCC does not provide bespoke or client-specific custom work; and
- Membership fees cannot be refunded, discounted, or credited due to unfulfilled, delayed, or declined requests.
11. Data Privacy & Security
SCC takes reasonable measures to protect your account information and payment details, in line with our Privacy Policy and the practices of our platform and payment providers. However, no online system is completely secure.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, you must notify us as soon as possible so we can investigate.
12. Termination & Suspension
You may cancel your Member Plan at any time through your account or by contacting us. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period, after which your membership and license will automatically expire.
SCC may suspend or terminate your access, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe that you:
- Have violated these Member Terms or our general Terms of Service;
- Are misusing or abusing SCC assets or systems; or
- Are engaging in fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activity.
Upon termination or expiry of your Member Plan, your license to use SCC assets immediately ends. You must stop downloading, editing, or creating new work using SCC assets, and you must not continue to roll out new content or materials derived from SCC after your membership ends.
13. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
SCC provides the Member Plan and all Content on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SCC disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
SCC does not provide medical, legal, or regulatory advice. Any educational or informational content, including content relating to treatments, ingredients, skin conditions, or therapies, is general in nature and must be reviewed, adapted, and approved by you and your clients before use. You are responsible for ensuring that your final materials comply with all laws, regulations, and professional standards that apply to you and your clients.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SCC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Member Plan or the Content.
14. Changes to These Terms
SCC may update these Member Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date on this page and may provide additional notice where appropriate.
Your continued use of the Member Plan after any changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Member Terms. If you do not agree with the updated terms, you must cancel your Member Plan and stop using SCC assets.
