Upon activation of your agency membership, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the content for multiple client accounts, subject to the following terms:

You may use our templates, images, and resources for client work within your agency.

You may provide editable or non-editable versions of the content to your clients for use in their own business. However, clients may not resell, redistribute, or repurpose the content outside of their own use.

Your agency license does not permit the resale or redistribution of any content as standalone products or as part of any competing template, stock content, or design offering.

eBooks may be edited and provided to clients as final PDF, JPG, or PNG files for use within their own business (e.g. as lead magnets, downloads, or paid client resources).

Editable eBook files may also be provided to clients as part of your service, but they may not be resold or shared by clients beyond their own use.

You may not resell, redistribute, or share eBooks on stock marketplaces, content platforms, or template resale sites.

Templates may be edited and used in deliverables to your clients, including editable versions (e.g. Canva links). Clients may modify templates for their business use.

You may not resell, redistribute, or package templates as standalone products for public sale or resale (e.g. template kits, marketplace uploads, or bundled design products).

Templates may not be used to create competing content offerings or digital products.

All images included in your membership can be used for your clients’ websites, social media, email campaigns, printed materials, and branded client resources.

You may not resell, redistribute, or share images as standalone files or within products that compete with Skincare Content.

Images may not be used in a way that is misleading, defamatory, unlawful, or damaging to our brand or reputation.

Uploading images to stock platforms, resale marketplaces, or file-sharing sites is strictly prohibited.

Boutique Content Club (Up to 10 clients):

Content may be used for up to 10 active client accounts. If you scale beyond this, you must upgrade to the Unlimited plan.

Unlimited Content Club:

You may use content across unlimited client accounts managed directly by your agency.

Membership access is for one agency account. Access may be shared internally with your team, but not externally with other businesses or clients.

We reserve the right to monitor account activity. Abuse of login or license terms may result in account suspension or termination.

Resell or redistribute any content (templates, eBooks, images) in editable formats outside of your direct client work.

Use our content to create resale products or competing digital template offerings.

Upload any content to stock marketplaces, resale platforms, or public template directories.

Use our designs, content, or copy in a way that misrepresents Skincare Content’s authorship or infringes on our IP.

Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your billing cycle.

Once your membership is cancelled, your license to use any downloaded or accessed content (including templates, images, and resources) is immediately terminated. This means you may no longer use, distribute, or publish any of the content in any form after your subscription ends — even if it was downloaded while your membership was active.

Use of content in future client work requires an active agency membership.
