details for agency customers.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Skincare Content Club (“SCC”, “we”, “our”, “us”) provides a digital content membership for agencies and studios that manage beauty, skincare, and med–spa clients (the “Agency Plan”). These Agency Terms of Use (“Agency Terms”) apply in addition to our general Terms of Service and govern how agencies and their teams may access and use SCC assets.

By purchasing or accessing an Agency Plan, you (“Agency”, “you”, “your”) confirm that you:

  • Have read and agree to these Agency Terms;
  • Are entering this agreement on behalf of a business, studio, or agency; and
  • Have authority to bind that business to these Agency Terms.

If you do not agree to these Agency Terms, you must not purchase or use the Agency Plan.

2. Licenses & Permitted Use

While your Agency Plan is active and fully paid, SCC grants your agency a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

  • Access and download SCC content for your internal use and client work; and
  • Edit, customize, and adapt content (for example, in Canva) for your clients’ brands.

This license allows you to:

  • Use SCC assets for an unlimited number of clients under your active Agency Plan;
  • Create unlimited social posts, carousels, stories, emails, and similar marketing materials for those clients; and
  • Charge your clients fees for your services that incorporate SCC assets, as part of your agency’s ordinary client retainers or project work.

All rights not expressly granted in these Agency Terms are reserved by SCC.

3. Team Access

Agency access is designed for one business entity and its internal team only.

  • Access to the membership may be shared internally with your direct employees and contractors who are working on your client accounts (for example, designers, social media managers, and account managers).
  • All internal users must log in via your agency’s primary SCC account; individual sub-logins are not provided under the standard Agency Plan.
  • You are responsible for ensuring your team understands and follows these Agency Terms.

You may not share your login details, library access, or any direct editable links with any third party outside of your own business entity (including clients, partner agencies, or white-label providers).

4. Client Use & Attribution

The Agency Plan is intended for you to deliver done-for-you content and marketing services to your clients. To keep things simple:

  • Your clients may use the final designs, posts, and content that you create for them using SCC assets, in their own marketing, websites, emails, and social media.
  • Your clients may not receive raw SCC template files, unedited Canva templates, or direct access to the SCC library.
  • You may present the finished content as part of your agency’s work product and charge for your services accordingly.

Attribution to SCC is not required, though it is always appreciated. You may not represent SCC content as being created entirely from scratch by your agency or as proprietary to your agency.

5. Agency Advertising Restrictions

To protect SCC’s intellectual property and brand positioning, agency advertising and promotion using SCC assets is subject to the following rules.

5.1 What you may do

  • Use SCC-based work in your organic portfolio (for example, static case studies on your website or organic social posts) to demonstrate your agency’s capabilities.
  • Show before-and-after examples or sample posts that include SCC-based designs, as part of proposals, discovery calls, and private sales conversations with potential clients.

5.2 What you may not do

  • Run paid ads or paid campaigns (including Meta, Google, TikTok, Pinterest, or similar platforms) that explicitly promote SCC templates, SCC-styled layouts, or your access to “hundreds of ready-made templates” as the core offer.
  • Position SCC templates themselves as a standalone or primary deliverable in paid advertising (for example, “Join our agency and get access to this exact template pack”).
  • Use SCC branding, product names, or screenshots of the SCC library as ad creative, without SCC’s prior written permission.

In short: you may use SCC-based work to show what your agency can do, but you may not run ads that directly advertise SCC templates or use our library as the hero product in your marketing.

6. Plans, Billing & Price Changes

Current Agency Plan pricing, billing frequency, and features are displayed on our website or checkout page at the time of purchase. By subscribing, you authorize SCC (and our payment processors) to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

  • Price changes for new customers. SCC may update Agency Plan pricing at any time for new subscribers. New prices will apply only to future sign-ups or plan changes.
  • Price lock for existing customers. As long as you remain continuously subscribed to the same Agency Plan, your recurring price will remain the same, unless you voluntarily change plans or agree to a new price.
  • Upgrading or switching plans. If you wish to move from monthly to annual billing, or between Agency Plans, please contact us. We will advise the most appropriate way to transition and adjust your billing.
  • No pro-rated refunds. Unless required by law, SCC does not offer pro-rated refunds for partial months, unused time, or un-downloaded content.

7. Content Ownership & Intellectual Property

All SCC content, including but not limited to templates, images, graphics, copy, PDFs, workbooks, and training materials (collectively, the “Content”), is owned by SCC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Under your active Agency Plan, you receive a limited license to use the Content as described in these Agency Terms. You do not acquire ownership of the Content, nor any rights beyond those expressly granted.

7.1 Prohibited uses

Agencies agree that they will not:

  • Resell, sub-license, or redistribute SCC templates, images, or files as standalone products;
  • Share raw, editable template links (for example, Canva links) with clients, other agencies, or any third party outside your own business entity;
  • Include SCC assets in any other membership, subscription program, content bundle, or digital product offering (paid or free);
  • Use SCC assets to create products or services that directly compete with SCC’s content offerings;
  • Use SCC assets to train AI models, automated tools, or similar systems; or
  • Scrape, bulk-download, or otherwise attempt to export the entire SCC library or a substantial portion of it.

8. No Guarantee of Results or Performance

SCC provides creative assets intended to support your marketing and client work. However, we do not promise or guarantee that using SCC will produce any specific outcome.

Without limitation, SCC does not guarantee:

  • Increased engagement, followers, bookings, revenue, or profits;
  • Client satisfaction or retention;
  • That the Content is error-free, medically accurate, or suitable for any particular client or treatment; or
  • That the Content will meet your internal quality standards or client expectations.

You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying all content before publishing or delivering it to your clients. SCC is not liable for the quality, accuracy, or outcome of any work produced using SCC assets.

9. Updates & Monthly Content

SCC regularly adds new content to the library; however, content volume and timing will vary. To avoid any misunderstanding, agencies acknowledge and agree that SCC does not guarantee:

  • A specific number of templates, images, reels, or other assets in any given month;
  • A fixed release schedule for new content (such as a guaranteed “drop” date);
  • That future updates will match or exceed previous months in size, topic coverage, or perceived value; or
  • That particular requested topics, formats, or series will be produced or maintained.

Your membership gives you access to the current library plus any future updates we release at our discretion. Purchase decisions should be based on the existing library at the time of sign-up, not on anticipated future content.

10. Content Requests

SCC welcomes topic and content requests from members, and we actively use this feedback to shape our roadmap. However, requests are a membership perk, not a contractual deliverable.

By submitting a request, you agree and acknowledge that:

  • SCC is under no obligation to create, publish, or deliver the requested content;
  • SCC may choose to create, postpone, modify, or decline any request at its sole discretion, based on demand, relevance, and production capacity;
  • SCC does not provide timelines for delivery of requested content, including in the next month or any specific “drop”;
  • If SCC does create content related to your request, we do not guarantee it will match your expectations in depth, style, format, or quantity;
  • Requests must be general and suitable for the broader membership; SCC does not provide bespoke or client-specific custom work; and
  • Membership fees cannot be refunded, discounted, or credited due to unfulfilled, delayed, or declined requests.

11. Data Privacy & Security

SCC takes reasonable measures to protect your account information and payment details, in line with our Privacy Policy and the practices of our platform and payment providers. However, no online system is completely secure.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, you must notify us as soon as possible so we can investigate.

12. Termination & Suspension

You may cancel your Agency Plan at any time through your account or by contacting us. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period, after which your membership and license will automatically expire.

SCC may suspend or terminate your access, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe that you:

  • Have violated these Agency Terms or our general Terms of Service;
  • Are misusing or abusing SCC assets or systems; or
  • Are engaging in fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activity.

Upon termination or expiry of your Agency Plan, your license to use SCC assets immediately ends. You must stop downloading, editing, or creating new work using SCC assets, and you must not continue to roll out new content, campaigns, or templates derived from SCC after your membership ends.

13. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

SCC provides the Agency Plan and all Content on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SCC disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

SCC does not provide medical, legal, or regulatory advice. Any educational or informational content, including content relating to treatments, ingredients, skin conditions, or therapies, is general in nature and must be reviewed, adapted, and approved by you and your clients before use. You are responsible for ensuring that your final materials comply with all laws, regulations, and professional standards that apply to you and your clients.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SCC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Agency Plan or the Content.

14. Changes to These Terms

SCC may update these Agency Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date on this page and may provide additional notice where appropriate.

Your continued use of the Agency Plan after any changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Agency Terms. If you do not agree with the updated terms, you must cancel your Agency Plan and stop using SCC assets.
